What we collect

Why we use it

By submitting the form you consent to this use. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the site, each for its own part:

Some of these services store or process data on servers outside India. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your reading for as long as you may want to come back to it, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased, and you can withdraw your consent. Email support@askniyati.com with the link to your reading. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to our grievance officer (see Contact) and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and similar tools

The site uses the Meta pixel, which may set cookies to measure adverts, and stores a small note in your browser of the link you arrived from, for the length of your visit.

Age

The service is only for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

Security

Your data is stored with access limited to our server, and sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
