Refunds and cancellations

Your report is a digital product, written for you and shown on your screen as soon as your payment is confirmed. Because it is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, payments are not refundable once the report has been unlocked, except in the cases below.

When we refund in full

You were charged but your report did not unlock, and we could not fix it within 2 working days of hearing from you.
You were charged more than once for the same report.
A technical fault on our side left your report incomplete or unreadable, and we could not fix it.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@askniyati.com within 7 days of payment with the link to your reading and, if you have it, the payment id from your confirmation. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually reach you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

There is nothing to cancel: each report is a one-time purchase, with no subscription and no repeat charges.
