Terms of use

Last updated 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Niyati, run by Karan Gala ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

What we offer

Niyati gives personal Vedic astrology reports. You enter your birth details, we calculate your birth chart using an astrology calculation service, and an artificial intelligence (AI) system writes a report from that chart. The opening lines of each part of your report are free to read; the full report is a one-time paid purchase.

We do not offer matchmaking, introductions or contact with other people, and we do not compare your chart with anyone else's.

For guidance and entertainment only

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Please enter your own birth details, or someone else's only with their permission. Your report depends on the details you give: a wrong date, time or place gives a different chart.

Payment and delivery

Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details. Your report appears on your reading page as soon as payment is confirmed, and stays at the same link. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your reading link

Your reading has its own private link. Anyone who has the link can open the reading, so share it only with people you trust.

Fair use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated access, no reselling of reports, and no unlawful or abusive content in the question box.

Our content

The site, its design and its text belong to us. Your report is for your personal use; you may keep it and share it privately.

Liability

We provide the service with care but cannot guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any report is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Vadodara have jurisdiction. Before going to court, please write to us at support@askniyati.com so we can try to resolve it. See also our privacy policy and contact details.
